GCM Client Administrator, HNW, Institutional/Private Clients

Overview:

Excellent opportunity for someone with experience of Entity Management and servicing of HNW Private & Institutional Clients..  You will have responsibility for administering a large and/or complex portfolio of clients, acting as main point of contact.  Our client is seeking someone with strong communications skills and previous background in Capital Markets and/or Trust related transaction administration.

Responsibilities include:

  • Administration of a portfolio of institutional and/or corporate trust transactions, including preparation of relevant documentation.
  • Processing of related transactions, collecting critical documents, processing cash disbursements, trades and account balances.
  • Establishing new accounts and facilitating client requestions for discretionary distribution & trust terminations.
  • Acting as main point of contact for portfolio of clients, including all relevant administration, management of client queries, responding to client requests in a timely manner.
  • Assisting senior representative(s) in revenue generating activities to include, recommendations, preparing documents for/and participating in meetings, implementing client strategies as appropriate.
  • Building/maintaining client relationships ensuring issues are dealt with in a timely fashion and providing an enhanced service at all times.
  • Maintain and demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of corporate policies and procedures related to the administrative role.
  • Adherence to Company’s risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls.
  • Identify and escalate (where necessary) risk-related issues to management.
  • Building effective working relationships internally and externally.
  • Provide ad-hoc assistance to team as and when required and mentoring of associates where necessary.

Skills/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree / 5 years’ higher education and/or a minimum of 1 years’ relevant work experience with direct client contact,
  • Strong focus and experience of managing clients, providing excellent customer service.
  • CCTS (Certified Corporate Trust Specialist) would be beneficial not essential.
  • Strong analytical ability and IT knowledge.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build significant level of trust with clients
  • Experienced in building excellent working relationships, and strong communications skills.
